There are apartments for up to 3, 5 and 8 people with the possibility of just renting one room in one of the smaller apartments:
- Type 0 for 1-3 persons: private room with a shared bathroom (clients rent just a part of a large apartment).
- Type 1 for 2-5 persons: two room apartment with a private bathroom.
- Type 2 for 1-3 persons: one room studio apartment with a private bathroom.
- Type 3 for 6-10 persons: four room apartment with a private bathroom and an additional shower.

All of the apartments have a single and double beds combination, a satellite TV, radio-alarm clock, hairdryer, kitchenette with a complete set of dishes, fridge, heater for drinks, electrical cooker-stove or microwave, free national telephone calls, tea and coffee and Internet connection (LAN or WI-FI). There is a computer in the lobby, a safe at the reception and storage for your luggage or bikes.
Services such as breakfast, a pick up service, laundry, parking, sightseeing tours, car rental and babysitting are all on offer at a small extra cost and guarantee you a comfortable stay.
